Tom Gordon LLB
Trainee solicitor
I am a trainee solicitor in our Legal 500-rated litigation & dispute resolution team.
I help the team on a range of commercial and civil matters, particularly dealing with contract cases and residential property disputes. I also help our specialist inheritance & trusts disputes team, dealing with disputes between executors, as well as 1975 Act claims relating to inheritance and those challenging the validity of wills.
I am client-focused and take time to understand client objectives at an early stage, ensuring the strategy adopted in the cases I deal with result in positive outcomes for my clients.
