Paul Gordon LLB
Partner
I am a partner and head up our litigation and dispute resolution team. I am also an accredited mediator.
I work with a wide variety of clients, from individuals to global businesses and businesses with national and local interests.
Although I handle a broad range of commercial and civil disputes for my clients, I often work on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property cases.
I also have a substantial practice and head up a team dealing in disputed inheritance and trust matters which are often of a sensitive nature. I am a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and I’m recognised by national legal guides, The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
I pride myself on my success rate in achieving early resolution and getting results for clients. I am also proud to support King’s School in Gloucester as a member of its Finance and General Purpose Committee.
