• successfully led a significant High Court case that clarified the law on testamentary capacity and mental illness [Helen Ginger & Ors v Robert Mickleburgh & Ors [2026] EWHC 100 (Ch)] as covered by BBC News’ regional programme BBC Points West and  Today’s Wills & Probate.
• obtaining a six figure award at court for two disabled children who had been left out of their mother’s estate, which had passed to their step-father
• successfully litigating a contentious trust claim for a client facing a claim by a family member for a beneficial interest in her property
• conducting multiple online mediations which have resulted in settlements out of court and pragmatic outcomes
• guiding executors through stalemate where a dispute had arisen
• providing input to trustees as to how to deal with the trust for the benefit of children, where a dispute had arisen
