• Securing a significant settlement for a claimant in a claim for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Acting for beneficiaries of an estate to successfully defend a claim for rectification of a will, brought by a family member who had been left out of the deceased’s will.
