Frank Smith heads our agriculture and estates team. He trained and qualified at Wragge & Co LLP and has worked at Harrison Clark and previously Rickerbys in Cheltenham.
Frank handles the acquisition and sale of a wide range of rural property including agricultural land, farms and country houses. Rated by Chambers as an expert in his field, he represents landowners on conveyancing, tenancies, easements and land maintenance issues. He works closely with our wills, probate and trusts team in connection with tax planning issues.
Frank, who is a skilled horseman, has a particular interest in equestrian matters and is a member of The Equine & Animal Lawyers’ Association and the Agricultural Law Association.
