My skills include:

• initial client onboarding including compliance checks
• client liaison – keeping clients informed and updated on their matters through clear, concise and friendly communication
• supporting the solicitors in the team with aspects of clients’ matters, such as preparing court and tribunal bundles, assisting with preliminary documents ahead of court and tribunal hearings & collating and checking documents to respond to data subject access requests
• preparing and reviewing staff handbook policies
• preparing and reviewing employment contracts
• maintaining and developing our online library of documents for clients’ HR teams.

My experience so far includes:

• reviewing and collating over 2000 documents in response to a data subject access request by a former employee of a client company
• preparing a hearing bundle for an employment tribunal case involving allegations of unfair dismissal and sex discrimination.
