Jenny Hawrot (she/her) LLB (Hons)

Partner

I am a partner and head the employment law & business immigration team. I help my clients with the full range of employment-related matters including TUPE, defending tribunal proceedings, contractual matters and general employee relations and HR work.

I take a pro-active and enthusiastic approach to my work and take the time to get to know and understand the business of my clients. I am extremely focused on achieving the client’s ‘real’ objectives.

I am recognised as a ‘next-generation partner’ by national guide, The Legal 500.

  • Advised on the consultation of employee’s subject to collective consultation legislation
  • Administering and coordinating a mass agreed resignation scheme for 120 local health authority employees
  • Secured a costs order against a vexatious claimant who failed to actively pursue their claim
  • Securing settlement of an unpaid wages claim, plus legal and tribunal fees.
  • Advising a national network of recruitment businesses on the employment law considerations involved in its acquisition of a €multi-million turnover business and in a substantial investment in a global recruitment consultancy.
