I work as part of the residential property team here at Willans and have many years of experience covering all aspects of property law. I have a niche area of specialism in leasing extensions, both inside and outside the Act. I also advise on the purchase and sale of freehold interests, known as collective enfranchisement, as well as right to manage applications, I act for both leaseholders and tenants as well as freeholders and landlords.
In addition to this work, my caseload includes transfers of equity, declarations of trust, adverse possession applications, boundary queries and a wide range of other non-transactional property matters.
