I am a solicitor in the residential property department and have specialised in residential conveyancing since 2004.

I deal with the whole process of residential property sales and purchases from receiving the initial details from the estate agents through to completion and registration of the purchase or redemption of the mortgages on a sale.

I can also help with equity release transactions, remortgages and the transfer of property ownership and other property registration situations.
