With a City background, I have over 25 years of experience in advising businesses and international sporting federations on a diverse range of commercial matters.

My specialisms include the law around sports, media and technology, GDPR and data protection.

I qualified in European law at the Universities of Warwick and Lille and speak fluent French.

I am a certified member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and recommended by national guide, The Legal 500.

I have a background in intellectual property with extensive experience in the global sports market having advised numerous sporting operations, advertising agencies and broadcasters.
Over the years, I have drafted and negotiated in excess of $2 billion of major sports rights and sponsorship agreements.
Together with Matthew Clayton, I lead a team of privacy specialists at Willans Data Protection Services, which has been launched to offer a range of GDPR compliance solutions. I also provide GDPR legal advisory services through Willans LLP.
