I am a solicitor in our highly rated corporate & commercial team. I have experience in mergers and acquisitions and company reorganisations, working with both start-ups and well-established clients.

I have a master’s degree in professional legal practice, as well as a particular interest in advising on general company law and governance matters, including share reorganisations and shareholder agreements.
