I am a corporate and commercial law specialist with over 15 years’ experience.

The clients that I work with range from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to multi-million-pound companies with a global reach.

I have a particular interest in the renewable energy sector (particularly developers of, and investors in, wind, solar and anaerobic digestion projects).

I am recognised by national legal guides, The Legal 500 and Chambers UK. I am also a member of GFirst LEP’s business members’ group.

Experience highlights

Advising Bristol-headquartered Resource Solutions Group plc, a resourcing solutions company with a turnover approaching £500m, on its acquisition of Sopra Steria Recruitment Limited, a company that contributed over €129m to its former group’s revenue in 2018.
Advising a longstanding client in the renewable energy sector on the diversification of its investments through the acquisition of a 25% shareholding in a fish processing company. The deal was completed within a month, including securing the funding arrangements.
Section 110 reconstructions for various purposes (including refinancing, business partners heading in different directions, divorce and protection of assets), including acting for the liquidator on occasion.
Advising developers on joint ventures for the construction and operation of wind turbines, and the refinancing of such projects.
