Charlotte Brunsdon BA (Hons)
Charlotte works as a solicitor in our Legal 500-rated commercial property team. She advises a broad range of clients on all types of commercial property transactions including the acquisition, development and disposal of freehold and leasehold property.
She has particular expertise advising charity and not-for-profit clients on various property matters, as well as other charity law matters, such as the incorporation and registration of new charities and helping charities comply with their regulatory requirements.
Born and raised in Cheltenham, Charlotte joined us from Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP in 2019 after completing her training contract at their Bristol office and also gaining two years post-qualified experience in their charities and education team.
She attended the High School for Girls in Gloucester and studied geography at the University of Exeter, before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course with distinction at the University of Law in Bristol.
