I am a partner in the corporate & commercial team at Willans, specialising in acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts, and drafting and advising on commercial contracts.

With over a decade of experience, I advise a wide range of clients including private companies and management teams as well as individual directors and shareholders. I have a particular interest in working with owner-managed and family businesses.

I have experience in helping clients across a number of sectors including leisure and hospitality, retail, professional services and healthcare.
