I qualified as a solicitor in 1996, and joined the firm in 2013 as head of its employment law & business immigration team. In 2024, I became the firm’s head of governance & risk.
I am also lead partner for the firm’s data protection group, and am qualified as CIPP/E with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
I am Company Secretary for Cheltenham Festivals (the charitable organisation behind the town’s internationally acclaimed Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals) and have been recognised for many years as a leading individual in the employment law field by national legal guides, The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
