We invite friends and supporters of both Willans and Maggie’s Cheltenham to join us at Christ Church, Cheltenham for a celebratory carol concert.

Please note that the venue has changed as Cheltenham College Chapel is unexpectedly closed until the new year due to safety concerns. It will now be held at Christ Church in Malvern Road. The date, and all other details remain the same.

Join us on 19 December from 7-9.30pm (doors open at 6.30pm) for an evening of carols, mulled cider, mince pies and festive cheer, raising funds for Maggie’s centre in Cheltenham.

Celebrate the festive season with a selection of popular carols featuring choirs Severn’s Eight, Maggie’s own choir and the popular Flowers brass band.

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase during the drinks reception with prizes handed out on the evening.

Timings

6.30pm – Doors open at Christ Church. Please be seated by 6.55pm.
7pm – Candlelit carol concert.
Then stay and join us for mulled cider and mince pies.
9-9.30pm – Close.

Ticket prices (includes entry to the carol concert plus a glass of mulled cider with mince pie with all proceeds going to charity, Maggie’s, charity no: SC024414).

• £10 per person for advance online bookings or by calling in to Maggie’s Centre (please bring a copy of your ticket with you on the evening, either printed copy or on your mobile).
• £15 per person on the door.

Parking

There is no on-site parking at Christ Church for this event but there street parking nearby.

Filming/photography

Please note that we are likely to be filming the evening to produce a short video to capture the spirit of the festive carol concert and may have local media also covering the evening.
