Willans LLP has a solid reputation for providing first-class legal advice, high-calibre yet approachable lawyers, and exceptional client care to local, national and international clients. We employ around 90 people and have Regency offices overlooking one of Cheltenham’s iconic parks.
An opportunity has arisen for an archiving assistant to join our wills, trusts & probate team. We are seeking someone who is methodical, diligent and displays excellent attention to detail. The role could suit a school leaver and experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be given.

- Archiving original documents
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Electronic filing and general clerical duties

- Accurate and efficient record keeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient use of IT
- Good time management

Contract: permanent, subject to a satisfactory probationary period
Hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm with an hour for lunch
