Willans LLP has a solid reputation for providing first-class legal advice, high-calibre yet approachable lawyers, and exceptional client care to local, national and international clients. We employ around 90 people and have Regency offices overlooking one of Cheltenham’s iconic parks.
An opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to join our team. The successful person will provide support in the day-to-day running of the firm, predominantly across our administration department.
We are seeking someone who is bright, motivated, hardworking and quick to learn new tasks. The role could suit a school leaver and experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be given. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants who wish to pursue a career in the professional sector with past candidates moving on to various legal support roles within the firm.

Contract: permanent, subject to a satisfactory probationary period
Hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch
