An opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to join our team in a broad and varied role, providing support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. The role will include some front of house duties, some IT support (in conjunction with our off-site IT support provider) and general facilities management. We are seeking someone who is bright, motivated, hardworking and quick to learn new tasks. The role could suit a school leaver (post A-level). Experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be given.
A bit about the role:
- reception and front of house duties (including telephony and preparing refreshments for meetings)
- assisting lawyers and support staff with IT issues
- general clerical duties
- franking and scanning post
- assisting the accounts and marketing teams
- various duties relating to premises and facilities.

Contract: permanent, subject to a satisfactory probationary period
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch
