I’ve worked in various Gloucestershire law firms throughout my legal career and have over six years of experience in conveyancing.

I pride myself in being organised, friendly and always happy to answer any queries that a client may have.

  • providing quotations and taking initial instructions from clients
  • making compliance checks where necessary i.e. checking client ID electronically and in person
  • liaising with clients to ensure that they are kept up to date on their matter
  • assisting clients in drafting their replies to buyers’ solicitors’ enquiries or in completing any of their paperwork
  • obtaining land registry documents
  • drafting contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
  • requesting property searches
  • preparing files for exchange and completion
  • preparing and submitting any stamp duty payments that may be due
  • making applications to the Land Registry
  • updating estate agents, mortgage brokers and any other third parties involved in the matter as this aids in the transaction running more smoothly.
