  • advising on appropriate will structures to minimise inheritance tax in order to protect assets for future generations
  • setting up trusts with Mencap to financially protect children with learning disabilities
  • mediating in executor disputes to ensure the smooth and proper conclusion of the estate administration
  • obtaining Grants of Representation for estates in more complex or unusual circumstances
  • advising on taxable estates and successfully utilising reliefs and exemptions where appropriate.
