Kristie Silsby LLB (Hons)

Senior associate, solicitor

I am an experienced senior associate solicitor in the family law team at Willans. I provide sensitive and practical advice to clients to help them navigate both the legal considerations when starting a relationship as well as the difficulties that often arise on the breakdown of a relationship.

I work with clients to ensure that they have protective measures in place such as nuptial and cohabitation agreements through to dealing with all matters arising from a separation, which can include divorce or dissolution proceedings and resolving the associated financial and child arrangement issues.

As a member of Resolution, I aim to deal with family law issues efficiently and in a constructive, non-confrontational manner for the benefit of all involved.
