I am an experienced family lawyer and collaborative practitioner, heading up the family law team.
I actively promote, and personally adopt, a conciliatory approach to family law disputes and so encourage my clients to resolve their issues in a calm and constructive way, even at court.
I specialise in complex financial matters often involving business interests, significant pension resources and/or properties and investments owned abroad. I also advise on the various preventative and protective measures that can be put into place to avoid future disputes such as nuptial and co-habitation agreements.
