My skills include:

• drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• preparing bundles and assisting with preliminary documents and submissions ahead of court hearings
• ensuring clients are kept up to date and informed on the progress of their matter
• advising on data subject access requests
• assisting in the preparation of obtaining a sponsor licence.

As part of my training, my experience so far includes:

• assisting the team on a wide variety of clients’ matters.
• reviewing and collating over 2000 documents in response to a data subject access request by a former employee of a client company
• assisting with employment tribunal and civil litigation matters involving allegations of discrimination
• supporting the team with webinars and events.
