10 years of Lexel’lence for Willans

27 April 2018

This month, we were pleased to secure the prestigious Lexcel accreditation for the tenth year running, marking a decade of recognition for exceptional client care and practice management.

We are one of only a handful of firms in the Gloucestershire region to have secured the quality mark, which has been designed specifically by the Law Society to recognise firms who demonstrate excellence in the management of their practice.

Lexcel assesses us in a variety of different areas, from client care and risk management through to financial management and management of our people.

Managing partner Bridget Redmond commented: “We are delighted to have secured a decade of Lexcel accreditation. We pride ourselves in not only the quality of client care that our lawyers provide, but also in the strength of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ operational efficiency of the firm.

“Thank you to all of our lawyers and support staff, whose professionalism and skill have helped the firm to reach this significant milestone. It’s another great string to our bow alongside strong results in the latest editions of independent legal guides The Legal 500 and Chambers UK”.

Fewer than 2,000 firms (less than 20%) in the country have been awarded accreditation. The firm undergoes a rigorous assessment every year to ensure that it continues to achieve high standards of client care and risk management.
