Terms & conditions: Malvern Autumn Show prize draw

Here are the full terms and conditions that relate to our Malvern Autumn Show 2026 prize draw.

1. Willans LLP (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) is the promoter of this prize draw. Any correspondence relating to this matter should be sent to:

2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Willans, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The entry criteria for the draw (“Entry Criteria”) are:
   • All entries must be submitted via the online form here (“Prize Draw Form”);
   • You may only submit one entry per person.
4. The prize draw is free to enter subject to complying with the Entry Criteria above.
5. The opening date for entries is 3pm on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
6. The closing date of the prize draw is 5pm on Tuesday 15 September. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
7. We will not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received due to a technical fault (including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) (“Technical Fault”) of any kind.
8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent person on Tuesday 15 September (the “Draw Date”), after 5pm.
9. The winner will receive one of three pairs of tickets to the Three Counties Malvern Autumn Show that takes place from Friday 25 to Sunday 27 September as follows:
   • each pair of tickets will grant the winner and one other person access once, for one day of the show. You will not have access on more than one day;
   • the tickets will be standard adult (over 16 years of age) entry tickets. Note that entry to under 16s is free of charge, but a ticket is still required and will need to be organised by the winner. For further details please see theMalvern Autumn Show website;
   • any terms and conditions of entry of the Three Counties Malvern Show will apply to your attendance.
10. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on either 16 September 2026 and must provide a valid email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to us by 5pm on Wednesday 16 September or cannot be contacted via telephone by this date and time, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and We will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
11. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within three working days of being notified of their win. We will not accept any responsibility for entries not received due to a Technical Fault, or if the winner does not provide a valid email address.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The prize is supplied by the Three Counties Agricultural Society, based at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR13 6NW. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Our control makes it necessary to do so.
14. Any decision We make regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. We must either publish, or make available, information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation We will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails or writes to Us (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Us using the contact information in condition 1. In such circumstances, We must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, We will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by Our negligence that of Our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Prize Draw Privacy Information below. See also condition 15 with regard to the announcement of winners.
20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Prize Draw Privacy Information

1. Willans LLP is the controller responsible for your personal data for the purposes of the Prize Draw. This privacy information relates to the prize draw and supplements Our full privacy notice that can be found here: Privacy notice – Willans (“Full Privacy Notice”). This privacy information tells you how We collect and process your personal data when you enter the prize draw.
2. We will collect and process your personal data when you complete the Prize Draw Form.
3. We may collect the following kinds of personal data:
   • identity data;
   • contact data;
4. We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which We collected it, which is administering the prize draw in accordance with the terms and conditions above.
5. We will only share your personal data:
   • as outlined in the terms and conditions above;
   • within the organisation or group (details can be found in the Full Privacy Notice) and
   • with Our IT providers (details can be found in the Full Privacy Notice).
6. We will not share your personal data outside the UK and European Economic Area (“EEA”) (Our IT provider’s servers may be located in the EEA). Please see Our Full Privacy Notice for more details.
7. If you opt in to direct marketing, or engage with social media platforms, our Full Privacy Notice will provide information on how we process your personal data.
8. For the purposes of the competition, We will only keep your personal data for two weeks from the Draw Date. If We hold your personal data for other reasons (for example you are a client or have opted in to direct marketing), the retention periods in the Full Privacy Notice will apply.
9.
