A look back at how our understanding of data protection requirements of GDPR has developed over the last two years, and a look forward to the next issues on the horizon, including:
- Brexit implications for GDPR
- EU representatives – you may need one
- International data transfers – the ‘Schrems II’ case and standard contractual clauses
- The future of the EU:US Privacy Shield
- Update on the e-Privacy Directive and the rules on cookie consents
