Robin Beckley MA (Oxon)
Consultant, solicitor
I am an experienced agriculture & estates solicitor who works with a wide range of rural clients on a variety of matters, primarily of a transactional nature.
My work ranges from the disposal and acquisition of agricultural land and related subsidies for farming clients, through to the disposal of agricultural land for development by option or promotion agreements and advice on overage agreements.
Working together with the litigation department should negotiations become contentious, I also deal with the partition of agricultural land and farms between family members (and related negotiations).
