I am a partner in the agriculture & estates and strategic land & development teams.
My main focus is in acting for landowners with development projects such as promotion, option, overage or hybrid agreements. I have been advising landowners on the intricacies involved with renewable projects for many years, including both battery and large scale ground mounted solar schemes.
I have a wide experience of acting in the purchase and sale of rural properties and estates, often involving tenancies including under the Agricultural Holdings Act and farm business tenancies (FBT’s).
