I am a partner and head up our highly rated employment law & business immigration team, working with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and large organisations, including international businesses.

Having been at Willans for over a decade, I have extensive experience when it comes to helping clients with the full range of employment-related matters, including TUPE transactions of varying complexity, defending tribunal proceedings, contractual matters, and employee relations & HR.

  • Administering and coordinating a mass agreed resignation scheme for 120 local health authority employees
  • Secured a costs order against a vexatious claimant who failed to actively pursue their claim
  • Securing settlement of an unpaid wages claim, plus legal and tribunal fees.
  • Advising a national network of recruitment businesses on the employment law considerations involved in its acquisition of a €multi-million turnover business and in a substantial investment in a global recruitment consultancy.
