Property professional seminar – The Renters’ Rights Bill and other legal updates

Our experienced property dispute lawyers host their third, free, in-person seminar for property professionals to provide further information on the Renters’ Rights Bill and other case law updates.

At this session we will explore recent updates on the Renters’ Rights Bill, timescales, top tips on keeping landlords compliant and how Willans LLP can assist. We will also separately discuss some recent case law updates in landlord and tenant disputes.

This seminar is aimed at estate agents, property managers and professional portfolio landlords. As places are limited, tickets will be restricted to 3 per organisation.

Along with discussions and guidance there will be will be an opportunity to ask questions from our expert panel Q&A. You may wish to submit a question to our panel when registering.
