Willans LLP are delighted to announce that due to the continued success of the firm a new position has arisen within our accounts department as a Junior Accounts Assistant.
We are seeking someone who is bright, motivated, hardworking and quick to learn new tasks with an interest in finance management. The role could suit a school leaver (post A-level). Experience in a similar role is not required as full training will be given.

A bit about the role
- General filing and adhoc duties as required by the accounts manager
- Inputting of electronic payments onto the banking system
- Acceptance of client payments through the online credit card portal
- Printing and distribution of daily cheque requests
- Checking of completion statements
- Calculation of interest due on client files
- Dealing with general queries from both clients and departments.

Contract: permanent, subject to a satisfactory probationary period
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am-5:15pm with an hour for lunch
Start date: Asap
