We welcome new senior associate to our agricultural team

09 October 2018

We are delighted to welcome senior associate Adam Hale to our agriculture & estates team this month.

Adam, a specialist in agricultural law, estate planning and estate administration, joins the firm from the Cheltenham office of Knights plc.

He is experienced in advising rural businesses, farmers and private landowners on a wide range of rural land management issues, ranging from acquisitions and disposals through to agricultural tenancies, renewable energy and diversification schemes.

A full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), Adam is also experienced in estate administration, with a particular interest in succession planning for farming families.

Our agriculture & estates department is led by a highly-regarded expert in the field, Robin Beckley, who is praised by independent guide Chambers and Partners for his “detailed knowledge and experience”. Robin commented: “As one of the key regional players in agricultural law, we have seen an increase in demand for our services and Adam’s appointment will enable us to go from strength to strength.”

“I am confident that our clients will benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience he has to offer, and his thorough understanding of the inner workings of this unique sector”.

Our agriculture & estates team is described in the latest edition of national independent guide The Legal 500 as “highly professional” and “well-structured”.
