Corporate solicitors advise management team in sale of INEOS Hygienics

03 July 2025

Our corporate solicitors have recently advised INEOS Hygienics Limited’s management team in relation to the sale of the INEOS Hygienics to SKG Capital Partners and its ongoing investment.

INEOS Hygienics was established in response to the pandemic and has since grown into a successful household and personal care brand.

The sale will allow the business to continue growing within the fast-moving consumer goods sector as well as allowing INEOS to sharpen its focus on its primary industrial sectors.

Corporate & commercial partner, Peter Raybould advised on the sale and said: “It was a pleasure to be a part of the deal helping Rory and his team ensure their interests were adequately protected as the transaction progressed at speed. I wish Rory and his fellow managers every success in growing the business further with SKG Capital Partners.”

Rory Tait, managing director of INEOS Hygienics commented: ”As a management team we had little prior experience of company takeovers or investment transactions, so having Peter in our corner to help steer us and navigate around the key issues was invaluable.

“Thanks to Peter for his clear and commercial advice in helping to deliver the deal on time. We are very excited about what the future holds for INEOS Hygienics.”

Our corporate & commercial team is rated by national legal guides The Legal 500 and Chambers UK. The department’s expert corporate solicitors can help businesses big or small on a variety of challenges that may arise.
