2021 SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Award winners announced

22 October 2021

Leading Gloucestershire lifestyle businesses were recognised and celebrated at last night’s SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards.

As headline sponsors for a second year, Willans was delighted to open the evening’s awards ceremony, which was presented by Steve Knibbs.

The highly-anticipated event took place at Cheltenham Ladies College after nominations and votes were cast by businesses and individuals around the county. After a difficult 20 months, celebrating the attractions, entertainment venues, eateries and lifestyle businesses enjoyed by so many couldn’t have come at a better time.

Felicity McClintock, head of marketing and business development at Willans, delivered the headline sponsor welcome on behalf of the firm. She commented:

“It means a great deal to show our support to Gloucestershire’s lifestyle businesses after such a challenging time. Our firm has been part of the local community for 75 years this April and our 100-strong team is proud to work, live and breathe Gloucestershire, so it means a great deal to us to be headline sponsor.”

“It was also an honour for our corporate partner, Rishi Ladwa, to present the inaugural ‘Business of the Year’ award to Gloucester Cathedral; a breathtaking and iconic attraction, which has shown true resilience throughout the pandemic and was a standout favourite in the public vote. We couldn’t think of a more worthy winner.”
