Your essential toolkit – The Renters’ Rights Act and implementation seminar

March 18 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Our experienced property dispute lawyers are hosting a further free, in-person seminar to provide an update on the Renters’ Rights Act following the release of its commencement date.

The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 represents the most significant reform to the private rental sector in decades. With significant changes including the abolition of “no-fault” evictions, the introduction of rolling tenancies, limits on rent increases, and the new Decent Homes Standard, landlords and their agents will need to adapt to a substantially revised legal framework.

This seminar will provide clear, timely, and commercially aware guidance to help you navigate these changes with confidence. Attendees will gain practical insights into how the new law will affect rights, responsibilities and strategic decision-making going forward.

Along with discussions and guidance there will be an opportunity to put questions to our panel of experts. You may submit a question when registering.
