Organisational resilience is key to success (seminar)

This seminar aims to help you to improve the resilience of your business to cope well with change, which, as experience tells us from the turbulence over the last few years, is often out of your control.
We will show you a model you can use to ensure your business is resilient. We will cover coping mechanisms, personal and team resilience, communication and ensuring you have the systems and processes to respond adequately.
We will also look at the individual’s capability to deal with change, covering well-being, including mental health and disability, grievances, and flexible working.
Our head of employment, Matthew Clayton will be joining Will Abbott of Randall & Payne and Gemma Irvine of HR People Support for this in-person session at Randall & Payne’s offices, Chargrove House, Shurdington Road, Cheltenham GL51 4GA.
