How will the Renters’ Rights Act impact landlords and tenants? One of our property specialists has the answer, having discussed the transformative updates this week on BBC Radio Gloucestershire.

The first phase of reforms being introduced as part of The Renters’ Rights Act will come into effect from May 2026. It is said that it will provide the biggest shake up to the private rental sector in the UK for nearly 40 years, leaving around 13 million people – whether they are landlords or tenants – looking for the answers to how the changes are going to affect them.
