Studies show that around 15 – 20% of the population is ‘neurodivergent,’ meaning they have a neurological difference. Highly creative and innovative thinking are some of the unique strengths neurodivergent employees can bring to the workplace and this free webinar will explore how neurodiversity can be effectively managed and supported in your organisation.

Speakers:
Hifsa O’Kelly, Senior associate, solicitor in employment law at Willans LLP solicitors. A specialist in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2011, she has experience acting for individuals and businesses on unfair dismissal, settlement agreements, redundancy, TUPE, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
Maria Rogers, HR consultant and neurodiversity coach at NeuroThrive People Solutions & Coaching. Maria brings over 16 years of HR experience underpinned by a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Her career spans industries such as manufacturing, professional services and travel, with roles in renowned global and UK-based organisations. Maria’s ADHD diagnosis in August 2023 ignited a passion to use her expertise as a neurodivergent HR professional to support the neurodivergent community and to help businesses create truly neuro-inclusive workplaces.
