Firm finalist of Business Awards

14 August 2015

We are flattered to be one of three who have made the shortlist for one of the prestigious Gloucestershire Business Awards.

These shine a spotlight on businesses, celebrating new talent and sharing the success stories of established Gloucestershire firms and people.

We are finalists in the corporate social responsibility category.

The judges have considered the ways in which our business practices have contributed, and encouraged our suppliers and employees to contribute, to the overall well-being of the community, the environment and general quality of life.

The winners of all thirteen categories will be announced in October at an evening gala dinner to be attended by around 700 business people.

Commenting on the news, James Grigg, partner and head of the firm’s charity committee, said:

“Willans has been part of the Gloucestershire community for almost 70 years and has a firm stake in the success and welfare of the local community. We’re very proud of the contribution that we have made, and continue to make, and are delighted to be recognised for our efforts by others outside the firm.

“Congratulations to all finalists and best of luck on the evening.”
