Celebrating 13 consecutive years of Lexcel accreditation

17 June 2021

We are delighted to have secured Lexcel accreditation for the 13th year running.

The Law Society’s hallmark of excellence, Lexcel is an independent mark of quality awarded only to practices that meet rigorous standards of client care, practice management and compliance.

We are one of a handful of Gloucestershire-based firms to be accredited, and one of just 4 firms in the county to have held the accreditation for more than a decade.

Managing partner Bridget Redmond, who has been part of the firm for more than 15 years, said: “There are so many contributing factors involved in delivering the ‘end product’ of quality, timely legal advice to clients. That drive for quality has to run throughout our firm.

“The Lexcel accreditation is a great confirmation that we’re keeping pace with the ever-changing market and demonstrating all-round good practice.”

Independent assessors noted the firm’s client satisfaction score of over 98% and commented: “Staff speak highly of the management team and appreciate the high levels of support that has been provided over the past 12 months.”

Just under 15% of law firms across England & Wales are awarded the accreditation, which requires yearly objective assessment to ensure practice management, client care and risk management standards are upheld to the highest standard.

The news comes as Nick Southwell becomes partner in our litigation & dispute resolution team, bringing the firm’s count of partners to 15.
