Adam Hale BA (Hons), TEP, FALA
Adam advises rural businesses, farmers and private landowners on a wide range of rural land management issues.
He handles all kinds of property transactions for farms and landed estates, ranging from acquisitions and disposals through to agricultural tenancies, renewable energy and diversification schemes. He is also experienced in negotiating sporting rights, registration of land title and claims for adverse possession.
His varied client base includes investors, private landowners, farm businesses and landed estates.
A full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), Adam is experienced in succession planning and estate administration.
He is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association (FALA) and is a member of the Country Landowners Association.
Adam joined Willans in 2018 from Knights plc.
