Our Legal 500-rated commercial property team welcomes 6th lawyer

We are delighted to welcome solicitor Emma Thompson to our thriving commercial property team.

Emma, who moved to Cheltenham in 2015, advises clients on a wide range of issues including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, and ancillary matters. She has a particular interest in leasehold work.

A law graduate of the University of Leicester, Emma passed her Legal Practice Course with distinction at Birmingham’s College of Law, with a particular focus on commercial law, acquisitions and property. She joins us from the commercial property department at WSP solicitors.

Department head Nigel Whittaker, who was recently named a ‘leading individual’ for the second year in a row by national guide The Legal 500, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to the firm. She has joined our commercial property team at an exciting time of growth, and we are positive that our clients will be impressed by her can-do attitude and expertise”.
