Acquisition

02 April 2009

We were pleased to act for John Purcaro, Chairman of Joedan Holdings Ltd, in the recent acquisition of the WWS Holdings Ltd group of companies.

WWS Holdings, a Hampshire-based leading manufacturer and distributor of doors and windows, is the parent company of Wessex Window Systems plc. John Purcaro has had a minority shareholding in the company for many years and has worked closely with his co-owners to develop the business.

Joedan Holdings Ltd is one of Gloucestershire’s top 100 companies and a longstanding client of Willans. The parent company of a group engaged in engineering, manufacturing and retailing aluminium-related products, Joedan was founded in 1985 by John and Nicky Purcaro and continues to be owned and run by the Purcaro family.
