A bit about the role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time legal secretary to join our highly-regarded employment department. Recent office experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Adaptable, able to demonstrate initiative and to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently use practice and case management legal software
  • High word-processing and audio-typing skills (must be familiar with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint)
  • Experience of working in an employment law or litigation department would be advantageous 

A bit about us:

Willans employs around 75 people at our four Regency offices overlooking the park on Imperial Square in Cheltenham. We provide a friendly and supportive working environment, a competitive salary and pension scheme.

Contract: permanent, subject to a satisfactory probationary period

Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am-5:15pm with an hour for lunch
