Simon studied law at University College London after a three-year training in accountancy. He trained and worked at Eversheds before joining the corporate team at Simkins Partnership, a West London practice specialising in music, film and media where he acted for record labels, ad agencies and a range of clients in the entertainment industry.
Simon has wide experience of business start-ups, mergers & acquisitions, reconstructions and joint ventures and a particular interest in IT, e-commerce and internet related issues.
