I am an associate, solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial law. I have experience in mergers and acquisitions, disposals and company reorganisations. I work with both start-ups and well-established clients advising on general company law issues including share reorganisations, shareholder agreements, the removal of a director, shareholder exits and minority shareholder concerns. I also advise clients in respect of their terms and conditions of business and general commercial issues.

My clients range from national, overseas companies to more local family-run businesses, LLPs and charities across a wide range of industry sectors.
