Charles Middleton's practice, which extends over almost 30 years, encompasses all aspects of property and property finance work. In particular, he focuses on country house estate acquisitions and disposals, farm sales and acquisitions, residential property development and secured lending.
He is widely acknowledged as an effective lawyer, advising private sector land owners, debt financiers, developers, investors and high-net-worth individuals.
Charles joined the firm in 1981 and is a law graduate from Leeds University.
