Bridget manages the running of our busy residential property department. She gained her law degree at the LSE and has specialised in residential conveyancing since qualifying in 1996.
Bridget joined Willans in 2004 from a regional private client practice and became a partner in 2006.
She has particular expertise in residential landlord and tenant matters, including freehold acquisitions by leaseholders, lease extensions and right-to-manage applications.
