Rob, who trained with a top international law firm, joined us in 2009 from a Nottingham practice. He advises on a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt investments, commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements, articles of association and general company procedure. Rob has developed a particular expertise in the use and application of the new reduction of capital procedure under the Companies Act 2006.
